St. Patrick’s College Rowing
This was an excellent opportunity to capture a successful season of Rowing for St. Patrick’s College Ballarat. Thanks to Tom Nash, all his coaches and crews.
The future certainly looks bright for them after a successful season culminating in winning the overall Schoolboys championship at the Ballarat Head of the Lake Regatta upon the 1956 Olympic rowing course on Lake Wendouree.
This was a different but welcome project to complete, as we filmed it sporadically over several weeks in between other projects.
Working with Tom, we strived to create a narrative of the rich history of rowing at St. Patrick’s College that might encourage more students and families to participate in their rowing program in future.
St. Patrick’s College shared this video on social media after premiering it at their end-of-season rowing dinner. They will continue to use it for the next few seasons to engage more students and families with Rowing at St. Patrick’s College.
